Unit 1: A-B-Schwa
Get acquainted with the one essential utility for any voice work: the International Phonetic Alphabet!
Learn the rudiments of how to properly form vowels and consonants in "Well-Spoken English"
Pick up the nuances that distinguish one dialect from another, and learn how to create your own "translation chart"


Unit 2: Can you speak Bocce?
Learn the fine art of saying everything while saying nothing at all. Well, nothing that anyone can understand, anyway.
Improvise entire scenes in twenty kinds of gibberish


Unit 3: Unleash the Beast!
One of the best forms of inspiration for a character is looking to the natural world. Build a character voice based on a lion, cockatoo, or fruit bat, and see what comes out of your mouth!


Unit 4: Cans On!
Technology is the voice actor's (new) best friend! Find out how to make the most of the millions of video and audio uploads available online, to better inform your voice work.
A crash-course in "Headphone Verbatim", the cutting-edge technique that's rocking the theatre world.
Put together your own sound-bite library to have a definitive resource to draw inspiration from for your next recording.
